Finding our inner wisdom and compassion in times of conflict in the world is challenging. It is very easy to get swept up in the atmosphere of negativity and fear. It is important to extend compassion to ourselves if we are finding it difficult to remain grounded in our inner peace. To counterbalance this, here is a simple and effective meditation for inner wisdom and world peace, which will benefit from repeated practice.
