II am a qualified counsellor and therapeutic coach, with over 20 years' experience working in the NHS and for the past 5 years with university students. BACP and NCS registered, I adhere to their ethical frameworks. I have experience of working with adults and young people aged 18 and over, on a range of topics, including, anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, and abuse.

I offer remote counselling via the Hamblin Vision, by phone and via Zoom.

You may also make an in-person appointment with me, at the Green Door Center, Bosham, nr Chichester, West Sussex.

I am a warm and genuine person, offering a non-judgmental, confidential, space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My work is based on the Person-Centered approach, putting the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my practice. However, I have a toolbox of tips and ideas for helping to manage specific issues, these include the use of metaphor, mindfulness, NLP and Therapeutic coaching techniques. I generally weave these ideas and strategies into the sessions, if it appears appropriate for you, while we explore and gain perspective on what has brought you to counselling.

Please do contact me via the email or text number above if you would like more information.
